1.Simple crane remote control troubleshooting method:

• Ensure that the battery power supply is working properly.

• Check the crane remote control's battery level.
• Inspect the connection between the battery box and the circuit board for any open connections.
• Check to see if the microprocessing control unit is broken.

2. The transmitter's LED light is normal, but the receiver is completely unresponsive:

• Verify that the receiver's power input is normal.
• Check to see if the AC and DC power fuses have blown. Turn off the main power source and replace it with a spare fuse if necessary.
• Double-check that the wiring between the "receiving high frequency" module and the "relay" module is in good working order.
• Check to see if the relay's output fuse has blown, and replace it with a spare if necessary.
• Verify that the receiver and transmitter's S/N codes and CH channel numbers are identical.
• Examine the transmitter's quartz crystal to see whether it is cracked or falling off.

3. The transmitter's LED light is always on, and the operation buttons are unresponsive:

• Press the "Up, Down," and other action keys instead of the "Start" button; the transmitter should glow red immediately to indicate an incorrect startup mode. If not, the microprocessor control unit is malfunctioning, or the power supply wiring is incorrect.
• The power indicator light is red, and the magnetic key cannot be started or removed according to the regular startup procedure: the magnet is off, or the magnetron on the circuit board is broken; install the magnet or repair the magnetron; the emergency technique might be straight to the magnet. The control tube's two ends are short-circuited.
• If the crane's remote control is stuck, open the back cover and remove the battery, then reinstall it to resolve the issue.

4. The crane remote control's individual buttons do not work:

• Check to see if the relay's output fuse has blown, and replace it with a spare if necessary.
• Verify that the original remote control system is operational. If everything appears to be normal, look for the machine's original maintenance.
