• A fixed crane cabin is one type of the most frequently used crane cabins which is installed below the walkway underneath the crane main girder.

• An independently traveling crane cab refers to the crane cabin that runs on the track along the main girder underneath the walkway. The independent travelling crane cab offers the crane operator the optimal optical line of sight needed at any given time.

• Trolley crane cabs refers to the crane cabs that moves with the trolley and is always positioned in front of the load.

• The steel plate structure of crane cabin is fabricated in one time forming by laser cutting machine.
• The welding of crane cabin is processed in compliance with the GB / T welding standard and with the factory inspection
• Sand flushing process of steel plate is aimed to remove all grease, dirt, oxide skin, rust, corrosives, old paint and other impurities, etc.
• The painting of the crane cabin is consisted of 3 layers including epoxy zinc rich primer, epoxy intermediate paint, and polyurethane finish which will be tested manually on paint thickness test and adhesion to ensure the quality and smoothness of the crane cabin's painting.
