5 Ton Overhead Crane Factory Testing in Australia
This video shows selected factory testing points for two 5 ton LD single girder overhead cranes manufactured for an Australian workshop.
Each crane is designed with a 16 m span, 5 m lifting height and CD electric wire rope hoist, with the electrical system configured for 415V / 50Hz / 3-phase power. The project also includes P15 runway rails and a conductor/sliding-line power supply system.
The video focuses on key operating and load-testing procedures before shipment, including no-load functional testing, 1.1× dynamic load testing and 1.25× static load testing.
