Tire gantry crane system adopts the four-wheel driven system, equipped with a three-in-one medium and large variable speed motor, and the steering system adopts a steering wheel type ring gear steering motor, together with PLC automatic angle sensor control, to make the whole gantry crane system flexible on the in-situ steering control.

In order to meet the windproof requirements of outdoor valve welding operations, the workstation is equipped with a color steel roof, and fast stacking doors are installed on three sides. When the platform is transported to the working station, covering at the end of the tank body and the stacking door is lowered to form a working room and a relatively comfortable workshop for welding workers, which greatly improves the working environment in the work area.
